1. Successful placements must be achieved within a timeframe of three months from the date of referral.
2. Referral payments will be processed only after the referred candidate actively serves three months in a position with Powerhouse Recruitment.
3. Structured Referral Fee payments are as follows:
a. $500 for client referrals
b. $500 for accomplished candidate placements
4. Referral Fees represent singular, one-time compensations.
5. Powerhouse Recruitment is unable to entertain referrals for colleagues employed at Powerhouse Recruitment client sites unless:
The Permanent Employees have officially resigned or are actively contemplating leaving the organisation.
